Okay men, let me break it down to you real quick. Joining a Zumba class is not something to be ashamed of. Sure, you may be the only male in a room full of women but again, when was that ever a problem?
You think weight-lifting is hard? Try learning a few hundred steps and then coordinating them in one single choreography! Zumba may be more popular with girls but it sure is an activity to consider for everyone. Even for you, men.
Zumba is a form of fitness in itself. Not only does it improve your whole body’s flexibility, but it will teach you balance, strength and endurance as well. These moves will target lots of different muscles groups and will even be beneficial for you when undertaking other activities and sports.
So next time, put your insecurities aside and ZUMBA!
