 Coming at you with some perfect vegan chewy cookies, with just 7 ingredients and one bowl.

They are the perfect mix of soft-baked but slightly crunchy cookies.



2 cups rolled oats

1 cup almond flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup tahini

1/2 cup maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract

6 Chopped Madjool Dates


Preheat the oven to 350ºF

In a mixing bowl, stir together the oats, almond flour and baking soda.

Add the tahini, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Mix to form a thick dough.

Fold in the chopped Medjool dates.

Scoop/roll into balls and arrange on a baking tray.

Bake for 12-15 minutes at 30ºF or until golden around the edges.

Remove from the oven and cool for at least 10 minutes before storing them.
